Appointments & Cancellations

  • We ask for confirmation of ALL upcoming appointments. If we have NOT received confirmation within 24 hours in advance, you may be asked to reschedule. - We send out TEXTS or CALLS to confirm. It is YOUR responsibility to SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS. 

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations

  • Missed appointments may be subject to a fee

Insurance & Payments

  • We accept most major dental insurance plans; however, we are only in network with Delta Dental. 

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made

  • Financing options may be available
